I'm quite happy manually uninstalling individual packages after deciding not to use them.</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464581207010_57193" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464581207010_57194" dir="ltr">I've considered deselecting/deleting the Biolonux repositories in the Software Updater, and switching to upgrade to all new Ubuntu releases (not just LTS or the next Biolinux).
