There is a bug in Bio-Linux 8.0.7 caused by an incorrect APT<br>
sources.list entry for Google Chrome. It should be like this:<br>

> cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/<wbr>google-chrome.list<br>

You need to edit the file, then run the APT commands again:<br>

  apt update<br>
  apt full-upgrade<br>
  apt-get autoremove<br>

You don't need to do this on "Aryabhatta" because I already did :-)<br>

The purpose of the Bio-Linux 8.0.8 release is to make the USB-stick more<br>
compatible with modern hardware (e.g. WiFi chipsets) and to reduce the<br>
number of updates required to be downloaded after installation. If you<br>
keep a Bio-Linux 8 instance up-to-date you will already be running the<br>
equivalent of Bio-Linux 8.0.8.<br>
