We will have to get a basic search pattern running for
a demo tomorrow. I would need Mubashir to provide me
with the data, and Ann would have to process the data
afterwards (after the demo-run, to see how it works).

(as big as possible) which are common in a given
genetic set. Mubashir will provide you the data that
you will have to look through. 

I'll write a program to do this, which you could use
too, in a couple of days or so. You have all the time
you want.
