[BiO BB] ParseBlastXmlReport in InterProScan 4.2

Hi, 
 
    I was wondering if anybody knows where I could obtain the source of
the program ParseBlastXmlReport. The executable is distributed with the
latest version of InterProScan (v 4.2), but the source code is not
provided.
