[BiO BB] SNP detection from ESTs

Hi All!

Which tool would you recommend for EST-based SNP detection? I have been 
checking PolyBayes, PolyPhred, novoSNP, PolyFreq, … but in general I 
have not been successfully to install and setup either of them. In our 
case, we need to detect SNPs out of ESTs, some do have with reference 
genomes and some do not.

Your help will be appreciated so much!
