Sorry for the delay. There isn't a new roll yet, but adding the rpm to the cluster is pretty easy: 1) Download the Fasta rpm (Fasta-3.4-1.cld.i386.rpm) from http://ftp.bioinformatics.org/pub/biobrew/rpms/ 2) Place the rpm in /home/install/contrib/enterprise/3/public/i386/RPMS As root: 3) cd /home/install 4) rm -rf rocks-dist 5) rocks-dist dist 6) since /home/install/profiles/3.1.0/nodes/biobrew.xml already has the Fasta package listed (per your earlier email) you should be able to 'shoot-node' a compute node and have the Fasta package installed 7) rpm -ivh /home/install/contrib/enterprise/3/public/i386/RPMS/Fasta-3.4 -1.cld.i386.rpm to install Fasta on the frontend Let me know how it goes!
