[BioBrew Users] Fasta fix for roll-biobrew-3.1.0-0.i386.iso yet?

Sorry for the delay. There isn't a new roll yet, but adding the rpm to
the cluster is pretty easy:

1) Download the Fasta rpm (Fasta-3.4-1.cld.i386.rpm) from
http://ftp.bioinformatics.org/pub/biobrew/rpms/
2) Place the rpm in /home/install/contrib/enterprise/3/public/i386/RPMS

As root:

3) cd /home/install
4) rm -rf rocks-dist
5) rocks-dist dist
6) since /home/install/profiles/3.1.0/nodes/biobrew.xml already has
the Fasta package listed (per your earlier email) you should be able to
'shoot-node' a compute node and have the Fasta package installed
7) rpm -ivh
/home/install/contrib/enterprise/3/public/i386/RPMS/Fasta-3.4
-1.cld.i386.rpm to install Fasta on the frontend

Let me know how it goes!
