[BioBrew Users] Cross Kickstarting w/ BioBrew on Rocks 4.1

Glen (and others),
I am upgrading our existing Rocks 4.1 cluster with i386 frontend
and compute nodes with some new equipment. I have a new x86_64 frontend
and a mixture of new x86_64 compute nodes and the previous i386 compute
nodes. I have installed the x86_64 versions of the Rocks and BioBrew rolls
onto the new x86_64 frontend. As before, the BioBrew rpm's didn't get
installed so I used the rpm approach suggest by Glen (see below).
Next, I followed the Rocks user guide instructions for Cross
Kickstarting, but again the distribution that gets created doesnt
incorporate the BioBrew files correctly. How do I get the i386 BioBrew
rpms installed on the compute nodes? Can I just copy the rpm's to the
compute nodes and use the same rpm install method that I used on the x86_64
frontend or will i386 version files collide with the x86_64 files on the
frontend? How do you ensure that the compute nodes access the correct
binary file for applications that are shared (e.g. blast)?
Finally, if someone has BioBrew rolls for i386 and x86_64 that
work correctly could they please upload the ISO files.
         Thanks for the help.
- John

setting up a cluster with an EM64T frontend, several EM64T compute nodes,
and some x86 compute nodes.
