[BioBrew Users] Documentation for Biobrew

Hello,

New to the site. Our group just installed biobrew roll.
But i wasnt able to find all the bioinformatics related softwares that comes
with the roll on our machines.

For eg: could not find mpiBlast, which is supposed to be part of biobrew?

How do i check what softwares came along with the roll?
