Hi BioBrew Users,

We're putting the RPMS for BioBrew/ROCKS into a yum repository. In order to
use this, just add the following line to the bottom of your /etc/yum.conf file
(assuming you're using yum):

   include=http://biobrew.bioinformatics.org/rpm/rocks/biobrew.yum.repo

If you'd prefer, you may also place the above line in a file named
"/etc/yum.repos.d/biobrew.repo".

Below are the versions covered:

BioBrew ROCKS Linux
------- ----- -----
1.0 2.3.2 RedHat 7.3
3.0 3.1.0 RedHat Enterprise 3WS
3.1 3.1.0 RedHat Enterprise 3WS
3.3 3.3.0 RedHat Enterprise 3WS
4.1 4.1 CentOS 4 (4.1)

Below are the actual locations of the RPMS:

   http://biobrew.bioinformatics.org/rpm/rocks/7.3/i386
   http://biobrew.bioinformatics.org/rpm/rocks/3WS/i386
   http://biobrew.bioinformatics.org/rpm/rocks/3WS/x86_64
   http://biobrew.bioinformatics.org/rpm/rocks/4/i386
   http://biobrew.bioinformatics.org/rpm/rocks/4/x86_64

The distribution numbers should match the version of *RedHat Linux* and not the
version of BioBrew or ROCKS: yum uses the version number of the RPM package
"redhat-release" or "centos-release" (see your yum.conf file).

There may be a few hiccups in getting this set up, so please report any problems.

Cheers,
Jeff
