[Bioclusters] Sun Grid Engine install on Linux

Hi JP:

  I have been using my finishing scripts 
(http://scalableinformatics.com/downloads) method to install SGE and other 
things on my clusters.  I use ip numbers or hosts in hosts files (and 
appropriately modified /etc/nsswitch.conf)
