[Bioclusters] building linux clusters

Hello, I would like to get people's experience with
building a small cluster (say 25 CPU). We need to
build something ASAP (a month or so). We mainly do
things like blast, interpro, proteomic software
analysis. Our group as a whole doesn't have alot of
experience building a cluster so should we look at
some vendors? Are there any good vendors out there?
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
