Hi Dr. Smith,

I'm a PhD student looking for a place to run several (that is tens, not
hundreds) of batch BLAST searches of about 100 peptide sequences each
derived from HPLC-MS/MS .

This however doesn't seem to be possible for free anywhere due to the
computational resources involved when people misuse such a system. Are
there any exceptions you know of?
