[Bioclusters] Details on a local blast cluster question

Dear Mr Pittard,
	Your post titled "Details on a local blast cluster" was very
informative and I am considering
testing something very similar on a cluster I've set up.
	In your post, you speak of being able to "house database splits on
each node" and was in the process of 
automating this process.
	I was wondering if you can share any ideas on how you split up the
database files efficiently?
