 Hi James,
Thanks. I did try 
sudo ifconfig en0 media 100basetX mediaopt full-duplex
I got the following error:
ifconfig: SIOCSIFMEDIA: Input/output error

Do have any idea why my card wont let me go to full duplex? I am connected
to a CISCO 6513 which is of course capable of full duplexing.
