[Bioclusters] question for those getting (null).pal etc with mpiBLAST

Hi folks:

  I am trying to track down the (null) problem.  I think it is
mpiformatdb related, though I am entirely sure what it is yet.  Could
anyone who has been getting the (null) showing up send me a quick note
offline (to email below)?  If you have resolved it, even better.  I
would like to understand the cause of it, and I cannot seem to reproduce
it.
