[Bioclusters] Fastt200 performance problem

Hi Chris,

I saw your post
(http://bioinformatics.org/pipermail/bioclusters/2002-April/000107.html)
and noticed that you have been experiencing same kind of problems that
we do. Did you find any reason/solution this problem? We are using
fastt200 and qlogic2200 cards and performace is way worse that for
example with internal scsi disks.
