[Bioclusters] FASTA Grid Enabled????

  Hi,
     To everyone in the mailing list. I'm currently working on Optimization of serial code of FASTA using Compiler optimizations and OpenMp.
    I wanted to know did anyone enable FASTA on a Grid. If so please let me know the references on it or the weblinks on it. My mailid is ramadugusai at rediffmail.com.
