[Bioclusters] SAS on clusters

I have done some stuff with SAS on clusters in the past. Are you looking for
any particular feedback other than "it can be done"?

Some of the issues/topics which would come up have to do with licensing on
all nodes, the portability of SAS datasets between architectures, general
data locality concerns for large datasets (and file locking over NFS), and
the use of SAS/CONNECT for writing "parallel" SAS programs.
