[Bioclusters] Bioinformactic Roll for NPACI Rock

Folks-

I'll start working on a new BioBrew roll for Rocks-4.0 when I get  
back from vacation in two weeks. Hopefully, I'll have a new roll by  
mid August.

Mason--At what point in the steps detailed in the Roll developer's  
guide will I need to apply the changes you mentioned to the graph and  
nodes xml files?
