[Bioclusters] GOLD and PBS?

Hi Dan:

   You would use PBS to reserve nodes for and launch PVM.  c.f 
http://icluster.imag.fr/UsersGuide.html#Running%20PVM%20jobs .  It can 
be more complex than that if you have special node requirements (e.g. 
business logic that determines where specific jobs must run due to 
resource and/or licensing).
