Hi guys,

Stupid question perhaps, but do I notice correctly that the aminoacid
plist entries do not have the full name of the amino acid? Where do you
get that from then?

	<key>A</key>
	<dict>
		<key>threeLetterCode</key>
		<string>Ala</string>
		<key>Monoisotopic</key>
		<string>71.03711</string>
		<key>Average</key>
		<string>71.08</string>
		<key>pKa</key>
		<string>0.0</string>
		<key>KyteDoolittle</key>
		<string>1.8</string>
		<key>HoppWoods</key>
		<string>-0.5</string>
	</dict>

Would be nice to have
		<key>Name</key>
		<string>-Alanine</string>
there as well, or not?

For the rest, the classes now really start to look really nice guys,
including the headerdoc entries, well done!
Alex
