Not sure what you mean here Alex, I thought the idea was to rename the 
yet unexisting BCAnnotatedSequence to BCSequence, so the new 
hiercharchy would be:

BCSymbolList -> BCSequence -> BCSequenceDNA, etc

instead of:

BCSequence -> BCAnnotatedSequence -> BCAnnotatedSequenceDNA, etc
