[Biococoa-dev] BCAlignment header added

Oh shoot, forgot to tell, we try to mirror the hierarchy in xcode also
in the filesystem, i.a.w. we should also create a physical BCAlignment
folder in the BCFoundation one. I've updated from CVS and although it's
fine in the XCode project, the Alignment.h/m files show up in the root
of the BioCocoa folder on disk. Well, guess this can be changed later,
no worries... Something for next time...
