[Biococoa-dev] Caching the NSArray of BCSymbol

I would say yes, it makes sense to me, but since KVO comes for free  
automatically, WE are still 10.2 compliant! Only programmers who  
would like to register for changes can only do that if they build a  
10.3 or higher app...
