I see your point, and I think it is a valid one. Not sure though, if 
that would fit in BCAppKit. It might need a separate target. including 
a IBPalette. See for another example the SM2DGraphView framework 
(http://developer.snowmintcs.com/frameworks/sm2dgraphview/).
