if i understand alex right, he also wants to add class methods to the
new BCSequenceAlignment ( which is the new BCAlignment class ???? or
not ?? ).
The categories are only to seperate the different algorithms, there is
no need of course, but i think its better to administrate.
But Koen if you have a logical class - subclass structure just tell ....
