I think I solved that, please refresh and test the demoapp, it should  
now use the BCSequenceView in the .nib file.

I also noted that in svnX I have to log into the repository using svn 
+ssh://bioinformatics.org/svnroot/BioCocoa, otherwise I don't have  
all write permissions.
