CocoaNexus framework released

Nexus is one of the most commonly used file formats in biology,
taxonomy, phylogenetics and bioinformatics. However, no open-source
framework exists for managing Nexus files. The CocoaNexus framework
provides this functionality and enables other programmers to add Nexus
support to their existing or new bioinformatics solutions without
writing one line of code. Additionally, the framework is also able to
generate Clustal, Fasta, GDE, Phylip and PIR files. CocoaNexus is
written in Objective-C.

CocoaNexus is free and licensed under the GNU GPL. Contributions and
feedback are appreciated!
