It might be worth a pointer over to http://sal.kachinatech.com/Z/2/index.shtml (and generally http://sal.kachinatech.com). Even though sequence browsing wasn't indicated, one of the nicest protein structure viewers out there is built into VMD (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu). If you have a protein coordinate/sequence file (pdb, etc), you can view structure and sequence side by side and select based upon either set. Very nice system.
