Hi,
I have installed miamexpress locally. It follows the MIAME standard for
microarray data.
While the tool has capabilities of exporting the data in MAGEML format,
which is a standard, it can not import data from MAGEML docs into
MIAMExpress.
The reason is while MIAMExpress is compliant with MIAME, a MAGEML doc can
contain a lot of information that can not be stored in MIAMExpress. But it
should be easy to pick the required information from MAGEML doc and insert
into MIAMExpress MySQL database leaving the extra information.
I was wondering if anyone has done that already or if there are any tools
available to do this.
Any ideas are appreciated.
Thank you,
Kaustubh
