Hi Iddo:

  Some folks link against lesstif, some link against OpenMotif. 
According to the RPM db

	crunch:~ # rpm -qf /usr/X11R6/lib/libXm.so.3
	openmotif-libs-2.2.2-355

  You can find openmotif at http://www.opengroup.org/openmotif/ or at
