Method
These two plant leaves taken for experimental studies and dried in  shade then taken for soxhlet extraction (continuous heat extraction ).These extracted solvents used for antimicrobial activity .                                                                    

Result:
 	The betel leaf extract shows better result than tobacco leaf extract.
