You mean association in general? Many people have tried associating
protein interaction / function / localization / composition data with
microarray expression data. I am sure you can find lots of datasets
regarding these kinds of (potential) associations. Also you could try
structure-function association mining at the fold level (SCOP and GO
datasets for example).

There is so much to potentially associate in bioinformatics, you
should soon find a nice application for any measures of association
that you can think of.
