Welcome back! I also made some minor updates to the site at bioinformatics.org. The CVS at GenePHP/Sourceforge still appears to be busted - the webCVS interface still shows none of the updates I'd posted to it. For the moment I'm going to stick with the CVS at bioinformatics.org. I'm in the process of "attacking" the initial "BioSQL-ization" of the various BioPHP modules in CVS. I'm also planning to try to map out an initial "official" layout for the "BioPHP" section in CVS (Currently empty). Subsections/subdirectories might start with Sequences,Support (not specifically Bio-related but used elsewhere, e.g. my 'core' XML parser and POST query handler), and Publications (for Pubmed, ESearch and ESummary, and EFetch for other than Sequences, etc.). Thoughts? Did you ever get a chance to merge/upload/post your current code updates? Thanks!
