I suppose you're using a CVS client to view the newly imported CVS.  I'll check it out this weekend.  In the meantime, let me join you in breathing a sigh of relief (yes, finally)...

I'll update the genephp CVS branch with my latest code when I return to my old place sometime early next week.

Frankie: How's your comp. bio reading coming along?  I'll send you next a PDF entitled "A Survey of Comp. Bio Algorithms".  It includes Dynamic Programming and much, much more!
