Hello all! I'm back! I'm 2/3 finished with the PDB parser. I have some difficulty understanding some of the later sections though (which describe a protein's 3D structure).
Frankie, how's life treating you? I'll get back to you re: scoring matrices in my next email.
Nico: I'm just curious: how useful is a "writer" module (opposite of "parser")? When do users need to output their data in a specific format (eg. GenBank)?
Sean, any news re: eFetch/eUtils? Haven't touched the folder you set aside for the psscan perl script yet...
