Hi all, Ok I found out that it was a security problem and now it is fixed. So what are the rules to import personal code ? are we allowed to import in the genephp directory or do we have to create a personal folder ? Of course special wishes to people and their relatives that have been touched directly or indirectly by the indonesian Tsunami. So here is my question concerning CVS : I finally tried to use CVS in order to append my contributions. Si I set up some UNIX variables : export CVS_RSH='ssh' Good. export CVSROOT=':ext:loginname at bioinformatics.org:/cvsroot' I never use this. I tested them : $ echo $CVS_RSH ssh $ echo $CVSROOT :ext:ffleche at bioinformatics.org:/cvsroot and I tried to get my own copy of the biophp module by typing the following command : $ cvs checkout biophp but nothing happen and after a CTRl/C i got the following message cvs [checkout aborted]: received interrupt signal Try: cvs -z3 -d:ext:ffleche at bioinformatics.org:/cvsroot checkout biophp If that does not help, check out: http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=14033&group_id=1# Best, Nico Does anyone know what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance for your help, Regards, Fred _______________________________________________ Biophp-dev mailing list Biophp-dev at bioinformatics.org https://bioinformatics.org/mailman/listinfo/biophp-dev -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
