[Biophp-dev] CVS question

Hi all,

Ok I found out that it was a security problem and now it is fixed.
So what are the rules to import personal code ?
are we allowed to import in the genephp directory or do we have to create a personal folder ?

Kind regards,

Fred

Hi Fred,

First of all I would like to wish you an happy new year from France.

Of course special wishes to people and their relatives that have been touched directly or indirectly by the indonesian Tsunami.

So here is my question concerning CVS :

I finally tried to use CVS in order to append my contributions.

Si I set up some UNIX variables :
export CVS_RSH='ssh'

Good.

export CVSROOT=':ext:loginname at bioinformatics.org:/cvsroot'

I never use this.

I tested them :
$ echo $CVS_RSH
ssh

$ echo $CVSROOT

:ext:ffleche at bioinformatics.org:/cvsroot

and I tried to get my own copy of the biophp module by typing the following command :
$ cvs checkout biophp
but nothing happen and after a CTRl/C i got the following message
cvs [checkout aborted]: received interrupt signal

Try:
cvs -z3 -d:ext:ffleche at bioinformatics.org:/cvsroot checkout biophp

If that does not help, check out:
http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=14033&group_id=1#

Best,

Nico

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Regards,

Fred
