[CD-HIT] cd-hit 4.0 release

The new cd-hit 4.0 was released today.

This is the release of the re-engineered version of cd-hit.
Most of the codes were re-written for better performance and
easy maintenance. A few problems were fixed.

Multi-threaded function was added, option "-T n" can be
used to specify the number of threads. This greatly speeds up
the calculations. In order to enable multi-threading,
use "make openmp=yes" to compile.
