<html><head><style type='text/css'>p { margin: 0; }</style></head><body><div style='font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000'>Hello,<div><br></div><div>My name is Iris and I have currently downloaded both PyMol and CMView-1.1.1 in PC (windows) as well as Mac.</div><div><br></div><div>Unfortunately when I try to run the command (below) in the terminal of PyMol <span style="font-size: 10pt; ">I get a syntax error (see attached)</span></div><div><u>Command</u></div><div><b>run cmview.sh</b></div><div><br></div><div>Additionally, CMView doesn't seem to be communicating with PyMol. Due to the syntax error I have to open CMView separately and load the structure pdb file from online: <span style="font-size: 10pt; ">File/Load from/Online PDB</span></div><div><br></div><div>The map shows up but no structure appears through PyMol. I am attaching the error that appears.</div><div><br></div><div>Obviously something is not linking correctly. I have modified the cmview.cfg file to run the PyMol executable (see attached) but the error(s) seem to appear for both PC and Mac.
