[cmview-users] CMView 1.1rc3 released

Dear CMView users,

a new release candidate 1.1rc3 of CMView is now available for download
from www.bioinformatics.org/cmview/.

Changes compared to 1.1rc2 include:
- enabled 'Common Neighbourhood Overlay' as a default feature (was
previously experimental)
- disabled secondary structure rulers and background overlays (except
diff dist map) in compare mode

Bug fixes:
- background overlay drop down list and menu item 'diff dist map' were
not synchronized
- coordinates display was cut off in compare mode

The manual has now been updated to include all features of CMView 1.1.
