[dnd] move to new server

Greetings.

Who is the project leader of DND now?  We have a new computer being set up now
with the SourceForge software, and we need to get projects moved over
(registered, etc.) before the switch-over, which will be this Saturday, July
15.  Any volunteers?  Justin, you said that you'd take over for SooHaeng,
correct?
