[Fasimu-news] Release of FASIMU 2.2.3

Dear FASIMU users,

a new minor release of FASIMU is out now.

It's mainly about installation: there is a new "installation in a nutshell"
section in the tutorial and the installation section in the manual is extended,
most of all with respect to CPLEX 12. Two minor issues regarding running FASIMU
on special machines have been resolved.
