Hi again,

next time you cvs update genquire you will need to update bioperl-gui as
well.

I have run tests on pretty much every aspect of Genquire now, and found a
few more nusance bugs. They are squashed!

Export cDNA works properly now. Export GFF works properly now (as far as
I can tell...).

Plugins: Features mapped from plugins will import into the database
correctly now, and if you chose not to import them when they are
initially created, you can still drop them onto the finished canvas or a
feature on the finished canvas and that subset of features will be
imported into the database. This allows you to do, for example, an
on-the-fly gene finding run on an open contig, then pick and choose which
gene models you like and which you want to throw away. The good ones,
just click and drag! (don't forget that you have to re-cast them as valid
exons or whatever first...)

Cheers all! I *really* smell the end this time!

M
