[Genquire-dev] installation pain...

I think we should set up a small "default" public database here at NRC which
auto-configures
during Genquire setup.  Matt has just finished writing a Genquire  installer
program (!!  yay Matt!!), so
installation should be much MUCH easier within a couple of weeks - I want to
finish
testing it in on both Linux and Windows before we start mass-distribution.
So far it looks good!!

I think it is best if the installation auto-configured a connection to the
default 'test' database so that at a minimum new users can "see something"
when they first startup Genquire...
