Yes, I can finally click on contigs and see things.  Finally!  *grin*

I have to talk with the others here and experiment with Genquire, now that
it appears to be working for us.  I'd like to work with the code more.
What parts of the code do you feel might be instructive?  I'd like to read
and understand more of the architecture.  What parts of Bioperl should I
be looking at?
