[ghemical-devel] make install works now, v0.90 release?

Hi all.

Now "make install" will properly install also the .glade files, and
everything seems to work now.

Next week I will go to holidays, so I thought that at the end of this
week, I could release the v0.90. There are some improvements added since
last release, most important perhaps being the mpqc v2 support.

I also expect that there are other releases as well this summer and
autumn, that will bring us to v1.0 (what we still need for v1.0 is IMO
dialogs for all cases where we have console input, and some time to
shake out (some of) the most annoying bugs).
