I try to look at the docs (especially objects/lights/projection that you
mentioned) during this and the next week.

Ok, I just wanted to clarify, that it seems that v1.0 still is not a
matter of weeks, but it takes somewhat longer. A bunch of dialogs need to
be added, but the problem is that I need to add them on my "spare time",
so to speak.  :)  The most complicated dialogs are the ones for planes,
surfaces and vol-rend objects; I plan to make just a single dialog for
each kind (no several for planes etc). The rest of the dialogs are
quicker to make.
