Hi raja,
I was successful compiling 1.01 on fc3. I can send you rpm.
I tried to compile 1.5, and the CVS versions also. With the CVS I was partly 
successful. I've made some changes in the source code during the process, and 
now I forget all of them;-)
The 1.01 sources were okay, I've only made some change in 
ghemical-1.01/src/graphics/objects.h

You should use libglade-0.17-15 and libglade-devel-0.17-15,
not libglade-2

I think ghemical is Gtk 1 application. It's a pity.
