Hello, the new releases are here: http://www.bioinformatics.org/ghemical/download/ You have to use mopac7-1.10 and openbabel-1.100.2 with ghemical/libghemical 1.91 ; should work with gcc-4 (still prints out many warnings though) and in 64-bit systems. Regards, Tommi
