[ghemical-devel] desktop file and mime type proposal

Hi,

I join the two files needed to have Ghemical appear in the menus and
associated with its mime type. They are .in files because some entries
need to be translated.

With them, Ghemical can be started from the menu and can also be started
by clicking on a .gpr file icon or name in the file browser (tested with
nautilus, but should also work with konqueror).

I'll do the necessary changes in configure.ac and Makefile.am too, if
these files are accepted.
